RM Sovich Architecture provided a Facility Feasibility Study  for the development of a new Pre-K through 4th Grade School on the Epiphany Episcopal Church property located in Prince George’s County. 

The study included:

• Develop/refine the Space Program through discussions with the School Committee

• Identify applicable federal, State, and local jurisdiction requirements.

• Identify deficiencies and limitations of existing space.

• Identify options for potential improvements for existing building footprint.

• Identify options for potential improvements with minor additions to existing building.

• Conceptual budget and conceptual schedule.
