RM Sovich Architecture designed a 62 dwelling senior cooperative, the first phase of development for the 80 acre site in Bella Vista Arkansas.  The building was designed in the vernacular of the Ozark region. RMSA worked with a focus group of the seniors to draw out their vision for the new cooperative community.
