The concept of "Missing Middle Housing" was coined by Opticos Design founder Daniel Parolek to describe a type of neighborhood ignored in current development. "Missing middle" is affordable, walkable, sustainable, and intergenerational. This development supports the development of 60 units within two, three, and five-story structures on a 1/2 acre site.
