The Pimlico Road Arts and Community Center (PRAACC) is a new, 18,000 square foot community center in the Park Heights neighborhood of Baltimore. The center provides a home for the Pimlico Youth Program, which offers after school programs for community youth including tutoring and arts programs; the Park Heights Family Support Center; and the St. Vincent de Paul Head Start program.

The project came into being through the vision of two churches in the Community, The Church of the Holy Nativity (Episcopal) and St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. The two churches joined together and formed a nonprofit community development corporation with the goal of building a community center that would address the growing needs of the children and families in the Park Heights community.
