RM Sovich Architecture provided programming and architectural design for this 25,000 square foot mixed use medical office and retail development. The one half acre site on North Avenue and Eutaw Streets in Baltimore was the site of the first medical office project in Baltimore developed by African American doctors. 

Total Healthcare, Inc., a minority-owned federally-qualified community healthcare provider plans a new medical clinic with health-related retail on the ground floor and a two level structured parking garage. The project is in the process of receiving site approval from the City and is subject to CHAP approvals.
