This feasibility study for an expansion to an existing charter school, also designed by RM Sovich Architecture in 1999, focussed on the adaptive reuse of a historic carriage house near Lincoln Park in Newark. The planning included a green roof, new stair, elevator, classrooms for 200 students, and gymnasium addition.
