Maryland’s First “GREEN” Community Health

Center into construction:

Hostetter Construction has begun work on 3700 Fleet Street, a new medical office building, designed by

RM Sovich Architecture to LEED® Gold. The building will include the Highlandtown Healthy Living Center, which is seeking LEED® Platinum, and was also designed by RM Sovich Architecture.

Randy Sovich has completed writing and illustrating  “A Guide to Creating Home: an Assisted Living Design Manual” with Robert Jenkens and Candace Baldwin of NCB Capital Impact of Crystal City Virginia. The manual was commissioned by the state of Arkansas, Department of Aging.
